Candles must be unused,
unburned, and in original packaging for a full refund.

If the product arrives damaged
or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we
will replace or refund the item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

We accept returns of unused, unburned candles in original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
